The LateSail staff

Adrenalin-chasing Candice heads up our US operations in Boston after joining the team in 2011. She always has an eye on the racing fixtures, from weekend regattas in New England to racing in Boston Harbour during the summer months. Candice is great to talk to if you're thinking about sailing in the BVIs, Antigua, Greece or Croatia, as these are her favourite places.

Now steering the helm at LateSail, Dave has been finding the best deals for customers since 2003. He's a huge sailing fan, taking his wife and two children all over the world, from Turkey, and Croatia to Greece and the Caribbean. Sicily remains his top spot, probably for its gastronomy - if you've spoken to Dave, you'll know food plays a big part of his life!

Carly grew up by the seaside near Boston and her childhood was spent sailing. Her spirit of adventure continues to grow and she travels the world to quench her thirst for culture. She joined us in 2014 and has a degree in hospitality and tourism, which explains her amazing customer service and charter finding skills.

Devyn is our newest recruit, setting sail with us in 2015. She has so many tales to tell from her years travelling Europe and going down under in Australia. So if you want to know about the Great Barrier Reef or the best Greek islands, she has plenty of tips and advice. She's on a mission to help our customers make their vacations as breathtaking as possible.

Liga has been with us since 2010 and although she is based in our Canterbury office, she heads up the after sales for our customers all over the world. She plays such a vital role in making sure the customer experience is superb. She is a RYA qualified day skipper and sails in Greece when she can.

Anna is our social and creative butterfly, making sure that our latest offers float their way along the web to all you lovely customers. Without her, our emails and social media posts would be very dull indeed as she can knock up an amusing picture in Photoshop in a jiffy. She also manages LateBoat aftersales and is totally irreplaceable.
